RethinkPNT is a consultancy started by its principal, Andy Proctor, a former Technical Director of the UK Space Agency, board member at the European Space Agency and technology investor. Andy is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation (FRIN) and Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET).

Promote resilient navigation and timing systems and approaches worldwide.
Our Vision
Navigation and timing services are essential to every aspect of our digital age. We believe they should be recognised and protected as critical infrastructure through taking a system of systems approach to resilience.
Multiple, technically dissimilar, resilient sources of wide area and localised navigation and timing are needed to achieve a resilient system. PNT is not synonymous with space systems although we recognise that the majority of PNT use will be from space-based systems. Thinking beyond space is where we are different.
